At Otto Tiles & Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artisanal tiles. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return period for all unused, full-box products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the specific quantities you wish to return.

  Secure Packaging

  Ensure all tiles are placed back in their original boxes and secured on a pallet if necessary to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Shipping

  Ship the items back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
